The House this week passed two bills, the Putting the Gulf Back to Work Act and the Reversing President Obama’s Offshore Moratorium Act. These bills force the administration to act quickly on federal permits of offshore drilling and open new, energy rich areas to leasing. If enacted these policies will create American jobs and bring down the price of energy.
